Medieval glass of St. Michael’s, Coventry

Public viewing of the conservation of the medieval stained glass of St. Michael’s, Coventry

Hidden from public view for 70 years, the salvaged medieval glass of St. Michael’s, Coventry is being bought back to life via an innovative joint project between World Monuments Fund Britain and Coventry Cathedral.

Visitors will be able to see first-hand the delicate conservation of this stunning glass, meet conservators and understand the history, and future, of this glass.

Both children and adults alike will be encouraged to observe to understand the part this glass plays in the wider project to rejuvenate Coventry’s Cathedral Quarter and the part they can play.
